The five boxes
- SCARLATTI – Assaggio di Sicilia: Busiate pasta, the seasoning to cook it the Trapani way, and nougat bites.
- BELLINI – Cena alla Norma: a whole Pasta alla Norma dinner, with bruschetta spread and 70% Modica chocolate.
- ROSSINI – Dolce Sicilia: for a sweet tooth, with sweet creams, almond paste, almond nougat and Modica chocolate with chilli.
- DONIZETTI – Opera dei Pupi: two pestos in the puppet-theatre jars, Trapani pasta, pistachio cream and marzipan fruits.
- PUCCINI – Gran Natale Siciliano: nine specialities for a whole table, from pasta and sauces to nougat, almonds and marzipan.
