Piedmont has three famous red grapes, and Opera Prima puts all of them in one bottle. Dolcetto gives fruit, Nebbiolo gives structure and depth, Barbera gives freshness.

From the hills of Dogliani (Piedmont), on calcareous tuff soil. Aged 18 months in oak barrels and 3 months in bottle. Red wine, 14% vol, 0.75 L. Serve at 16–18 °C.
