Nascetta is one of the rarest white grapes of Piedmont and the only native white grape of the Langhe. In the 1800s it was well known, then it almost disappeared. Since the 1990s a small group of producers has brought it back, and today it is one of the most interesting whites of the area.
Colour, aroma and taste
- Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
- Aroma: white flowers, citrus, aromatic herbs and light mineral notes
- Taste: dry and harmonious, with good structure and a savoury, clean finish
