Memento brings together two very different grapes. Dolcetto, the classic grape of Dogliani, gives colour and round fruit; Pinot Noir, from Burgundy, adds elegance and finesse.

- Aroma: intense, vinous and fruity
- Taste: dry and fresh, with pleasant acidity
Memento Langhe DOC – Ciabot Origini 2023
From the hills of Dogliani (Piedmont), on calcareous tuff soil. Aged 18 months in oak barrels and 3 months in bottle. Red wine, 14% vol, 0.75 L. Serve at 16–18 °C.
