Sauvignon Blanc is famous for its intense aroma. In Piedmont it is not common, but on calcareous clay soils and made in stainless steel it gives a white wine that is both aromatic and elegant.
Colour, aroma and taste
- Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
- Aroma: elderflower, green tea, passion fruit and grapefruit
- Taste: fresh and vibrant, with acidity and minerality
